Тесто за темпура:

400 гр брашно

20 гр царевично нишесте

10 гр сода за хляб

сол и пипер

300 мл сода

8-12  бр тигрови скариди, обелени

400 гр филетирани бадеми

200 гр растително масло


Портокалов сос

100 мл портокалов сос

10 мл мед

5 мл сос чили

5 гр  чесън, млян

10 гр джинджифил, млян

5 гр зехтин



Тесто темпура

В купа се смесват 300 гр брашно, царевично нишесте, сода, сол, черен пипер, и газирана вода.

Панирайте почистените скариди в останалата 1/2 чаша брашно. Потопете скариди в тесто, след това натиснете във филитирани бадеми, докато напълно ги покрият.

Във фритюрник изпържете скаридите за 4-6 минути.

Забележка: При липса на фритюрник запълни една тенджера с достатъчно масло, за да се потопите скариди, и се запържва в силен огън за 4-6 минути.

Портокалов сос

В купа за смесване, комбинирайте всички съставки. Поръсете соса над чинията.
