Разбитата изстудена сметана се добавя към предварително разтопеният на водна баня бял шоколад, филетираните бадеми, портокалови кори и кокоса и сместа внимателно се разбърква. Покрийте съда и го оставете в хладилника да се охлади.

Добавете към сместа натрушени вафлени кори и оформете бонбони , които внимателно оваляйте в кокосови стърготини.

От малка част от разтопеният бял шоколад върху фолио оформете фигурки и охладете в хладилник.

Аранжирайте платото с шоколад, бонбони и портокалови кори.
