300 гр. брашно
30 гр. неподсладено какао
200 гр. масло, студено
120 гр. пудра захар
ванилия
1 щипка сол
3 жълтъка
За муса:
2 яйца
50 гр. масло
100 гр. захар
20 гр брашно
50 гр сметана
125 гр. шоколад
10 мл лешников ликьор (може и ром)
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Замесете студено масло с брашното, какаото, ванилия семена и пудра захар, докато сместа е хомогенна. Добавете жълтъците и омесете бързо, за да се получи гладка и хомогенна смес. Нека тестото почива в хладилник в продължение на най-малко половин час, покрито с фолио.
