ПИЛЕШКА РУЛАДИНА С ЧЕРВЕНИ БОРОВИНКИ И ПЪЛНЕЖ ОТ КЕСТЕНИ И БЕКОН

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

100 гр гъби

30 гр кестени

20 гр сушени боровинки

15 гр масло

30 гр галета

20 гр лук

5 гр прясна мащерка

10 мл зехтин

400 гр пилешко филе

сол

140 гр кайма

175 гр пушен бекон

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Загрейте фурната до 180 ° C  .

Загрейте маслото в тиган и добавете лука, гъбите и билки, и гответе за 2-3 минути, докато лукът омекне и стане прозрачен.

В отделна купа се смесват заедно галета, каймата, печени кестени и боровинки след това да добавят сварените лук и билки.

Овкусете с малко сол и черен пипер.

Начукайте пилешките филета за руладина и поставете плънката върху всяко, а след това оформете в цилиндър и увийте с някои филийки пушен бекон.

Загрейте малко олио и запечатай руладината от всички страни.
