МОРКОВЕНА ТОРТА С ПОРТОКАЛОВО СЛАДКО

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

1 яйце

60 гр кафява захар

10 гр  канела на прах

200 гр портокалово сладко

10 гр портокалови кори

10 гр лимонови кори

200 гр моркови

30 мл  олио

200 гр пшенично брашно

3 гр бакпулвер

50 гр орехи

20 гр масло

20 гр пудра захар

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Разбийте яйцето със захарта и канелата. Добавете портокалово сладко, портокалова кора и лимонова кора и морковите, обелени и настъргани.

Добави слънчогледовото масло, цялото пшенично брашно и бакпулвера и разбъркайте заедно. Добавете нарязаните на ситно ядки, докато леко се разбърква.

 

Намажете с мазнина и поръсете с малко брашно форма за торта. Сместа се излива във формата и се пече при 180 ° С за 30 минути.
