МЛЯКО И МЕД ЖЕЛЕ С МАНДАРИНОВ СОС

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

900 мл пълномаслено мляко

5 гр ванилия

20 гр желатин

150 мл мед

5 гр портокалови кори

500 гр пудра захар

125 гр мандарини

200 гр червен портокал

лавандула цветя

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Поставете млякото и ванилия шушулка в тенджера, доведете почти до точката на кипене на слаб огън, след което се изважда ванилията.

В същото време, желатина се оставя в купа със студена вода, кисне се в продължение на 2-3 минути или докато омекне. Смесете желатина с горещото мляко, докато се разтвори, след това разбийте меда и портокаловите кори. Изсипете в 150 мл пудингови форми и се съхранява в хладилник за една нощ.

Почистете мандарините, след което ги поставете в тенджера, покрийте с вода и оставете да къкри на средна температура за 10 минути. Добавете захарта, портокалов сок, 125 мл вода и шушулката ванилия с остъргани семена. Оставете да къкри  на средна температура в продължение на 20 минути.
