200 гр пресни малини
200 мл кафе
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Разделят се жълтъците от белтъците, в басан от неръждаема стомана, разбийте жълтъците със захарта на водна банядо сгъстяване. Охладете и постепенно добавете маскарпонето.
Подгответе плодове, обелете и почистете личи, измийте малини за декорация.
В чаши, подредете накиснатите бишкоти в кафе, плодове и след това слой от крем от маскарпоне. Редувайте слоевете и леко поръсете с какао на прах и украсете повърхността на няколко малини. Охлажда се и се съхранява в хладилник преди сервиране.
