НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Шунката се нарязва на ивички и се запържва в затопленото маслото. Прибавят се ситно нарязания лук, гъбите на филийки. Пържи се до омекване на гъбите. Добавя се разреденото доматено пюре и се допържва. Долива се бульона и сместа се кипва. След като стане готова, се поливат предварително сварените и изцедени спагети и се поръсва с настъргания кашкавал и със ситно нарязания магданоз.
