ШОКОЛАДОВА ТОРТА СЪРЦЕ
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
100 гр тъмен шоколад
50 гр какао
200 гр масло
200 гр брашно
50 мл мляко
3 яйца
200 гр захар
4 гр мая
1 щипка сол
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Смесете яйцата със захарта, междувременно, разтопете маслото и шоколада на водна баня. Пресейте заедно брашното и бакпулвера и прибавете постепенно към сместа, добавете маслото и разтопеният шоколад и след това млякото и накрая пресятото какао на прах и сол. Смесете всички съставки, докато се получи гладко тесто. Намажете с масло и брашно форма с формата на сърце, изсипете сместа и печете тортата в предварително загрята фурна на 180 ° C за 30-35 минути. Украсете по желание с шоколад, разтопен шоколад или пудра захар.
