ДАНТЕЛЕНИ ПАЛАЧИНКИ

Много хрупкави палачинки и ултра фина дантела.

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

масло     60 гр

брашно   60 гр

захар       60 гр

яйца        2 бр

мляко      250 мл

ванилия екстракт   2 мл

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

 

В тенджера сварете млякото и ванилия.

Разтопете маслото.

С миксер, разбъркайте за няколко секунди брашното, захарта и яйцата, добавяйки постепенно млякото и разтопеното масло.

Оставете в хладилника за 1/2 час.

Загрейте фурната до 150 ° С .

Върфу тава шприцовайте много тънък слой от подготвената смес.

Печете 5 минути.

Дантелените палачинки трябва добре да се охладят, можете да ги държите в херметически кутии.
