300 гр портокали

100 гр захар

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Сварете шоколадовата паста в обилно количество вода, захар според указанията на опаковката, докато стане ал денте.

Разтопеният на водна баня бял шоколад поставете във висока кана с Амарето и портокалов сок до получаване на еднородна фина смес.

Разбийте сметаната и добавете портокаловият крем.

Измийте портокалите и настържете портокалова кора. Половината прибавете в крема, а другата половина оставете за украса.

Портокалите ги филетирайте.
