СПАГЕТИ С ПРЕСЕН ЛУК И ЧИЛИ

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

 

300 гр спагети

300 гр  пресен лук

100 гр домат

20 гр чесън

2 листа дафинов лист

3 гр чили сос

10 гр прясно нарязан босилек

5 гр магданоз

5 гр прясна мащерка

200 мл бульон

10 гр масло

60 гр Пармезан

30 мл вино

сол

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Нарежете чесъна. Нарежете лука на тънки ивици.

 

В голяма тенджера загрейте на слаб огън масло с дафиновите листа; прибавете чесъна и лука и задушете на слаб огън за около 15 минути, добавяйки малко бульон.

 

Свалете от огъня, добавете черен пипер и мащерка листата. Подправете със сол.

 

Нарежете доматите на половина, отстранете семената и нарежете на кубчета.

 

Сварете спагетите в подсолена вода, ал денте , прецедете ги и ги добавите към соса.

 

Варете спагетите и соса на силен огън в продължение на 2 минути и добавете доматите и магданоз, а след това настърган пармезан и разбъркайте добре.

 

Подправя се със сол и черен пипер и се отстранява от огъня.

 

Сервирайте топли спагетите с босилек на ивици, и останалата част от маслото.
