СПАГЕТИ С ЛИМОН, КАПЕРСИ, ЧЕСЪН И РУКОЛА

 

180  гр спагети

30 мл зехтин екстра върджин

3 скилидки чесън, смлян

40 гр каперси, изплакнати и добре изцедени

5 гр червен пипер

30 мл пресен лимонов сок (около 1 лимон, изстискан)

400 гр  рукола

100 гр настърган пармезан

прясно смлян черен пипер

настърган кора от 1 лимон

 

Порции: 4

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Сварете пастата според указанията. Прецедете.

Загрейте зехтина в голям тиган на средно висока температура. Добавете чесъна и каперси и гответе, като периодично се разбърква, за 1 минута. Добави червен пипер, лимонов сок и лимонови кори. Добавете и смесете горещата паста и добавете измитата и накъсана рукола.

Сервирайте спагетите гарнирани с пармезан и прясно смлян черен пипер.
