САЛАТА С РАЦИ И ХРУПКАВИ ЗЕЛЕНЧУЦИ

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

За 4-ма души

4 речни раци  (600 гр)

100 гр салата фризе или рукола

100 гр морков

200 гр тиквичка

200 мл зехтин

100 мл сок от  лимон

50 мл бял балсамов оцет

черен пипер

сол

ядливи цветове- 1 връзка

 

 

Ароматен букет

мащерка – 1 клонче

бяло вино – 200 мл

100 гр глава лук

100 гр моркови

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Сложете в дълбок съд бульон за да приготвите раците.

Обелете един морков, глава лук и нарежете ситно. Поставете 2 литра вода и съставките на ароматен букет. Варете 5 минути. Изчакайте да заври, след което потопете раците за 6 мин. Извадете и оставете да се охладят.

Нарежете морковите и тиквичките на слай по дължина. Направете винегрет със сол, черен пипер, зехтин, лимон и лимонов сок.

 

ПРЕЗЕНТИРАНЕ

Подредете компонентите като вдигнете на височина. Овкусете с винегрета.
