НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ
300 гр патладжан
300 гр бял патладжан
300 гр зелени тиквички
300 гр жълти тиквички
300 гр домата
100 гр лук
1 бр прясна мащерка
1 бр пресен босилек
зехтин
сол, черен пипер
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ
Измийте всички зеленчуци. Подберете зеленчуците с еднакви размери.
Нарежете патладжаните на филийки и ги накиснете за 30 мин. в солена вода след което ги изцедете и измийте обилно с вода.
Изрежете краищата на тиквички и нарежете тиквички на филийки.
Нарежете лука на филийки и домати на дебели резени.
Овкусете зеленчуци със сол и мащерка и поръсете със зехтин.
Поставете всички зеленчуци в комвектомата на печене на пара в продължение на 5-10 минути.
Сервирайте в плато с пресни подправки и билков зехтин.
