ЗАПЕЧЕНИ КАРТОФИ С БИЛКИ

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

 

750 гр картофи, обелени, тънко нарязани

4 скилидки чесън, обелени, тънко нарязанач

100 мл сметана

20 мл пилешки бульон

10 гр ситно нарязан прясна мащерка

10 гр градински

сол, прясно смлян черен пипер

прясна мащерка листа, за да гарниране

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Загрейте фурната до 200 С. Прибавете във форма за печене на мъфини масло.

Поставете картофите, чесън, сметана, билки и подправки в стъклена купа и разбъркайте

Разделете сместа между дупките на формата и натиснете леко надолу.

Печете в продължение на 30 минути или докато картофите са нежни и златни.

Трябва да се изчака, да изстине малко, преди да ги извадите от формата. Ако ги извадите горещи, те просто ще се разпаднат.
