НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

за 1,500 кг тегло
сметана 0,250
бял шоколад 0.200
маскарпоне 0,250
шам фъстък 0,200

захар 0,200
кора от портокал 0,010
кокосови стърготини 0,400

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Смесват се сметаната със захарта и се разбива на сняг. Прибавят се маскарпонето, разтопен на водна баня бял шоколад и кокосови стърготини, портокаловата кора , разбъркват се хубаво  и се оставят да изстинат напълно.
Оформят се малки топки с пръсти, в средата се поставя цял шам фъстък. Овалват се в кокосови стърготини и се поставят в капсули за бонбони.
