Брашно пшенично тип 500 1.000 кг
Масло краве 0,330 кг
Маргарин 0,330 кг
Захар 0,715 кг
Яйца 0,300 кг
Сода бикарбонат 0,010 кг
Ванилова есенция 0,030кг
Ядки бадемови 0,650 кг
НАЧИН НА Приготвяне :
Брашното се пресява.
Маслото и маргаринът се изваждат от хладилника и се оставят при стайна температура да се темперират.
Бадемовите ядки – използват се белени печени или пържени ядки/ леко осолени /, едро натрошени;
В  миксера се поставят маслото, маргарина и захарта и се разбиват. Към тях се прибавят яйцата и есенцията, а след това и натрошените  ядки и се разбъркват добре.
Към сместта се добавя брашното с поставената в него сода бикарбонат и се замесва хомогенна тестена маса.
Оформянето на бисквитите се извършва с шприц машина. Формата на изделията е кръгла, с диаметър около 5 см
Изпичането се извършва в предварително загрята пещ при температура 190 С в продължение на около 10 минути
