НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Салатите се почистват измиват, подсушават и накъсват. Краставиците се измиват се нарязва на ленти и всичко се подрежда в салатена чиния заедно с ореховите ядки и филенца портокал. Приготвя се дресинг от разбити майонеза и кисело мляко. Салата се залива с дресинг и се охлажда.
