ИТАЛИАНСКИ ГОРЕЩ ШОКОЛАД

Необходими продукти:

25 гр какао на прах;

20 гр захар;

30 гр тъмен шоколад (най-малко 70% какао),

400 мл прясно мляко.

Начин на приготвяне:

В малка тенджера загрейте на слаб огън част от мляко, какаото и захарта. Разбъркайте, докато се разтопи захарта.

Добавете останалото мляко.

Свалете от котлона и прибавете шоколада, като бъркате непрекъснато.

Сервирайте в подходящи чаши с бита сметана и какао.
