НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Сварените в отварата и охладени филета се подреждат в плато. Гласирането се извършва с четка с охладено желе, като има консистенция на течен мед. Oставя се на студено да желира. Върху този слой се прави украса от поширан жълтък на яйца, пиперки, нарязани на формички и маслините и лимона. Преди поставянето им те се потапят в полутечно желе и накрая се нанася желе с четка и се охлажда.
