100 гр лук нарязан на кубчета

200 гр морков нарязан на кубчета

200 гр тиквички наряани на кубчета

100 гр червени пиперки нарязани на кубчета

100 гр домати на конкасе стрък прясна мащерка растително масло

600 гр патладжан нарязан и предварително осолен

200 гр тофу

75 мл зеленчуков бульон чили червен пипер

Смесете лука, моркови, тиквички, пипер, домати и мащерката. Загрейте олиото в тиган и запържете филийките патладжан,
Извадете ги от тигана и добавете смесени зеленчуци. Добавете тофу и бульон и оставете да къкри за 3-5 минути и подправете със сол и смлян черен пипер.
Наредете парчетата патладжан и зеленчуци-тофу смес. Сервирайте с чили сос
