Салатата фризе, магданоза и руколата се измива подсушава и накъсва. Цвеклото предварително сварено се обелва нарязва на тънък слай и се маринова в дресинга. Картофите за предпочитане пресни се сваряват и сотират в част от зехтина. Приготвя се дресинг от меда, сол, зехтин и балсамовият оцет. Салата се залива с дресинг и се охлажда.
