Нарязва се свинското бонфилето на по големи парчета за голям шиш. Подредете ги в тавичка и отгоре изсипете бирата. Поставете в хладилника за около час. Отцедете месото от бирата. Смесете солта и пипера. Натрийте с тях месото от двете страни. Оставете ги да отлежат и се нареждат на голям метлен шиш като се редуват месо, свински черен дроб, пресни пиперки, лук, пресни гъби и отново Шиша сервираме върху нарязана на ситно маруля
