Котлетите се начукват , овкусяват се с черен пипер и сол и се пържат до готовност.
В дълбок тиган се загрява бялото вино, сиренето и сметаната. Когато соса кипне
и се хомогенизира се добавят настърганите орехови ядки. Сервира се като
котлетите се заливат със соса и гарнитура задушени зеленчуци.
