кисело мляко 300 30
Почистеният и измит лук задушаваме, прибавяме ориза. Разреждаме с бульон и полузадушаваме плънката, Прибавяме домати нарязани на ситно, овкусяваме със сол черен пипер, копър. В лозовите листа поставяме плънка и завиваме малки сармички като пурички. .Варим до готовност. Вратните пържоли начукваме, овкусяваме със сол,черен пипер ,чубрица. Панираме в брашно и пържим в малко мазнина. Сервираме в гювечета като на дъното поставяме пържолата, върху нея 3-4 сармички и заливаме със сос проготвен от яйца, брашно и соса от сармите.Запичаме преди поднасяне.
