лимонов сок 100 10
бекон 370 37
топено сирене 160 16
Всички съставки за маринатата се разбъркват добре и в тях се слага да престои нарязаното на кубчета месо за около час и половина. Маринованото месо се нанизва на шишчета като всяко парче заедно с парче топено сирене се овива в нарязани на тънко ленти бекон
