Изстудената сметана се разбива заедно с захарта докато се сгъсти. Прибавя се изстуденото мляко и се разбива докато сместа се хомогенизира. Прибавя се предварително накиснатия в студена вода желатин /1:3/ който се загрява до телесна температура и стане прозрачен и 5 капки бадемова есенция. Разбива се внимателно и бързо и веднага се изсипва в приготвените чаши с натрощените бадеми и бишкотите, нарязани на кубчета. Кремът се разбърква внимателно и се оставя да желира при температура 7-8 градуса. Украсява се със сметана , бишкоти и бадеми
