яйца 5 бр. 250  
сол 5  
черен пипер 1  
ориз задушен 500  
лимон,босилек

След сваряването на пилешкото месо се нарязва на парченца и се запържва в маслото. Яйцата се сваряват твърдо, настъргват се на ренде и се пържат бъркани с масло. Така приготвените продукти се смесват със задушения ориз и подправки. Сместа се изсипва в подходяща форма, която се обръща върху гореща чиния. Поръсва се с настъргания кашкавал и около ризотото се изсипва доматен сос.
